Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Purpose Beyond Profits (PBP) platform — including the website, member portal, and community services operated by Dalil Salam Solutions Inc. — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the platform.

2. Membership

Membership is offered at a one-time fee of ₱5,888 (Philippine Pesos) and grants lifetime access to the community, training programs, and bundled inclusions as described on the platform. Membership fees are non-refundable after seven (7) days from the date of payment. Access is personal and may not be transferred or resold.

3. Referral Program

Members may earn a referral fee of ₱500 for each qualifying direct referral who completes payment of the membership package. Referral fees are processed through the platform's payout system and may be subject to applicable withholding taxes.

No guarantee of income is made. Referral earnings depend entirely on individual effort, activity, and market conditions. PBP makes no representations regarding potential earnings from participation in the referral program.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Commit fraud or misrepresent the platform, its products, or its compensation plan;
• Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages in connection with the platform;
• Impersonate another person, member, or representative of PBP;
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform through automated means;
• Violate any applicable law or regulation of the Republic of the Philippines.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Each person may hold only one membership account; uniqueness is enforced through Tax Identification Numbers (TIN). Accounts found to be duplicated, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms may be suspended or terminated.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — including training materials, workbooks, courses, the Purpose Beyond Profits book, trademarks, and branding — is owned by Dalil Salam Solutions Inc. and may not be copied, redistributed, or republished without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dalil Salam Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
